Step 1

Step 2 (FREE of charge and without obligation to proceed)

If we need any additional information or clarification on any matter mentioned in your Corporate SATNAV ‘On Track’ survey request, this will be requested by when we confirm receipt of your request. We will then ‘match’ the SME business and top 3 issues with the appropriate associated Member/Expert(s) to provide the ‘En Route’ report. If we don’t have an ‘Expert’ who can advise and help with your report, we will use our ‘GPS’ My Most Trusted Network LinkedIn Group of over 30,000 connections in the UK and worldwide. We will then arrange to ‘e-introduce’ you or your SME client to them via a group video/voice call (WhatsApp for Business, Zoom or Teams or any other ‘secure’ service you use). We will complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement and letters of authority to provide information of any existing products, policies or services we wiil require to complete our review /report. We will only request a you sign a change of on-going servicing and adviser authority for product or services providers

Step 3

The relevant associated GPS Network expert(s) will collaborate to produce an ‘En Route’ report within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the SME business structure. There is a fee of £500 (no VAT) for the ‘En Route’ report. The ‘GPS’ Network experts(s) will discuss with the SME business owner(s) their findings contained in the ‘En Route’ report, which will include where the business is now (estimated valuation), where it’s heading for in terms of future value, based upon current rate of growth and how long it may take to reach ‘Success’. They will also identify any problems, that the business owners didn’t know they had. Finally, they will provide an indication of the initial and on-going services and fees to get the business en-route to Success. If additional data and surveys are required, we will agree whether whether 4-hours or 8-hours workshops are required and the dates, times and location for them. If you or your SME client do not wish to continue to Steps 4 and/or 5 the £500 fee is non-refundable

Step 4

We hold either 4-hours of workshops (Fee £1,000 no VAT) or 8-hours of workshops (Fee £1,500 no VAT) with the SME entrepreneur(s) and their accountants to gather any further data and conduct anonimus surveys with them, their department/section/team managers/leaders and the rest of the workforce.

Step 5. It is important that we agree upon what your desired outcome is!

We will then agree a date and time with you and your accountant or your SME clients and their accountant are to meet in-person with the relevant ‘GPS’ Network member(s)/expert(s) to present the ‘Journey Planner’ report and recommendations. We will confirm the final costs for the advice, which will include the fees paid at Steps 3 and 4 and the balance due to our members/experts for implementing their recommendations. We will also agree the work priorities and timescales or deadlines such as tax-year or company financial year-ends and any budgets/limits for fees for on-going work on the following frequencies - monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually or ad-hoc. N.B. (Fees are payable on work carried out by our SAVINGS Team on a ‘success’ basis).

The RowlandSME ‘GPS’ associated Expert(s) will complete the necessary paperwork the SME business owner (s)..
